On our CreativOS Fridays, we set out to create an entertaining experience that would
connect our collaborators. With that goal in mind, we organized a symbolic
tour through the different regions of Colombia, allowing each participant to freely
express the cultural richness of the chosen place and the values of our company.
The result was an entertaining and colorful day, where, in a single day, we were able to
“travel” throughout the country. Beyond the fun, this space allowed us to discover
relevant aspects that characterize our OS culture. It was also an opportunity to
see the creativity of our collaborators at its best, as the
representations showed typical dishes, songs and costumes connected to OS values.
The most remarkable thing about this experience was the unity that occurred among the teams and leaders, regardless of whether they were at one of our offices or participating remotely from their homes. The commitment and energy with which each person got involved exceeded our expectations and reminded us of the importance of creating spaces where we can connect beyond work to promote a culture of care and happiness at work.
Each collaborator, with their unique contribution, contributed to breaking the routine and filling this great day with freshness and creativity. Without a doubt, this experience inspires us to continue generating activities that allow us to get out of the routine.
