We have a new reason to feel proud! At the 22nd edition of the CX Summit, the event of the Colombian BPO Association that brings together the best of Latin America, we won the silver category for the best Data Analytics strategy at the CX Interaction Awards 2024. Challenge: Audit 30,000 monthly sung insurance sales in a timely, accurate, and risk-free manner to reliably issue insurance policies without customer claims or cancellations.
Benefit: An AI-based solution was implemented, trained with scripts, the product, and quality and compliance matrices, achieving the automation of the sales extraction, classification, and validation process.
