we have gathered under a clear goal: to make our purpose of improve lives. In this meeting space we have talked, reflected and built together the foundations to live our organizational culture on a day-to-day basis, learning and remembering The immense value of doing ordinary things with extraordinary love.
Our leaders from the various campuses, Caracas, Optimus, Pereira, as well as those who accompany us from home, shared a deep day on How to bring this purpose to corporate and everyday reality. Through interactive dynamics and genuine conversations, managers led the talk about our culture of care, consolidating empathy and well-being as the main engines of our actions.
We internalize our ten behaviors as the essential tools to fulfill our purpose: From printing dedication and passion in what we do, to thoroughly reviewing every detail. To connect these pillars with action, our leaders thoroughly analyzed the impact of their daily behavior and made a firm and explicit commitment to their peers, thus sealing the purpose of inspiring day-to-day with the example.
This dialogue, conceived as a true gift to share, will not stay alone at the leadership tables; It will be socialized and implemented in all teams and levels of the organization. We seek to institute a process of conversing to contribute, promoting the strengthening of ties between leaders, collaborators and other members of the OS family.
We have a deep conviction that If we take great care of the human part and carry out our ordinary work with an extraordinary love, everything around us improves naturally. This not only translates into an excellent work environment, but also boosts efficiency, boosts productivity and consolidates a decent, safe and motivating workplace for all.
