Health Week: A pause to take care of the most valuable of our organization

In a purpose-driven organization “Improve lives, our commitment”, the most important results are not only seen in the goals achieved, but also in the well-being of the people who make them possible. With this premise as North, we celebrate a new edition of our health week, a space dedicated completely to recharge energy, acquire conscious habits and remember that self-care is the pillar of a full life.
During this week, the different spaces were designed to provide tools that would strengthen the quality of life of our teams. From relaxation days with massages to talks about healthy eating, skin and hair care, each activity sought to raise awareness about the importance of self-care. We also promoted experiences focused on movement and prevention. Active pauses, physical exercises, activities to strengthen motor skills, memory and visual health allowed our collaborators to discover simple ways to incorporate healthy habits into their daily routine.
One of the most significant moments was the day of blood donation, an activity that reminded us that taking care of health can also mean giving hope to other people. The solidarity and commitment shown by our collaborators reflected, once again, that our culture is lived through actions that generate a positive impact inside and outside the organization.
On Outsourcing We understand that well-being should not be an isolated event, but a permanent commitment. That is why we continue to promote initiatives that promote the balance between personal and work life, the development of healthy habits and the comprehensive care of each collaborator. Because behind each process, each project and each result there is a person. And when we take care of people, we also strengthen our culture, our purpose and the ability to follow improving lives.
Health Week was undoubtedly a sign that well-being is built with small actions that, when carried out with extraordinary love, have the power to transform the lives of those who are part of this great family called Outsourcing S.A.S. BIC.
