A journey through time full of creativity and passion
On October 31, Outsourcing became a time machine with our DisfrazadOS event. More than 1,500 collaborators from our Campus, Optimus and Caracas locations showed us that creativity has no limits, taking us on a unique journey through historical eras, from ancient civilizations to the vibrant 1920s.
Each costume was much more than just an outfit; it was an expression of dedication, teamwork and love for what we do. Our collaborators transformed their daily space into authentic trips to the past, where the company’s values were also protagonists, creating performances and scenarios that drew applause and laughter.
Among all this creativity and effort, there were some teams that managed to surprise us even more with their dedication and originality. We congratulate all the participating accounts and, especially, those that received recognition for their outstanding presentations: SIC, headquarters Optimus, Victims Unit (telephone, virtual and written), LG, Kimberly-Clark Pro, Emermédica, Hacienda General de Bogotá and Secretaría de Salud de Bogotá. Their passion and commitment are a reflection of the talent that makes Outsourcing great.
DisfrazadOS was much more than a celebration; every costume, smile and applause reminded us of the power of working together. Thank you to each of you, who, with your dedication and enthusiasm, made this day unique. This event will remain in our memory as an example of what we can achieve when we unite and let our ideas come to life. We continue to dream, create and share moments like this to Improve lives at OS.
