Let’s join hands, multiply hope: an initiative that turned solidarity into action
Faced with the earthquake that affected several regions of the country on August 10, 2026, the Outsourcing family He immediately activated his sense of solidarity. Thanks to the empathy and generosity of our team, the donation campaign “Let’s join hands, multiply hope” managed to raise a total of $36,575,000, resources allocated directly to provide priority support to our employees and their families.
The earthquake impacted different areas of the national territory, leaving traces in regions such as Pereira, Chocó, Valle del Cauca, the Coffee Region and Nariño. In these sectors, where entire communities have faced difficult times, the presence and support of the organization have translated into concrete actions for the most vulnerable households.

As the first stage of this solidarity mobilization, we have delivered $13,600,000 in food aid, benefiting 49 collaborators and 135 members of their families. In addition, thanks to the sum of efforts with allies such as BPro and Covisian, we deliver 17 additional markets in Pereira.
Beyond the material and economic support, the experience has allowed us to provide comprehensive and close accompaniment, through: counseling and emotional support, constant communication about available aid and five prayer spaces; The collaborators came together to provide each other’s comfort and renew the faith in the midst of this crisis.
On Outsourcing We are convinced that the small actions generate great changes. Accompanying our community in moments of vulnerability is the ultimate expression of our purpose: improve lives, which we make reality by caring for people, reaching out with empathy and working day by day doing ordinary things with extraordinary love.
