The Genera Summit MenteX 2025 was a space for knowledge, inspiration, and digital transformation. At DipDig by Outsourcing, we showcased the power of our AI Agents, demonstrating not only their technical capabilities but also how they can become strategic allies for companies across various sectors.
During our presentation, we explained that AI Agents represent an evolution in how organizations interact with customers, patients, and users. These intelligent agents are capable of:
Understanding and processing natural language.
Responding accurately and in real time to diverse requests.
Automating processes, reducing operating costs and response times.
Integrating into multiple digital channels and enterprise platforms.

Within this framework, attendees explored the anatomy of an AI Agent, understanding its design, training, deployment, and practical applications in sectors such as customer service and healthcare.
Create Your Own F1 AI Agent – Fast & Intelligent
Led by Ricardo Díaz, Solutions Architect at DipDig, this workshop demonstrated how to build an agent specializing in a specific topic. For this workshop, a Formula 1 AI Agent was developed, designed to answer questions related to the sport: from the most demanding and dangerous tracks on the calendar to driver statistics, historical records, and the technical characteristics of the cars.
Participants were able to interact directly with this agent, seeing how information can be transformed into a practical and accessible tool. The session provided a step-by-step understanding of the creation, training, and deployment of an AI Agent, grounding the concept in a real-world and engaging case study.
AI Doctor: The Future of Smart Healthcare
Led by Alexander Aparicio Romero, Digital Transformation Manager, this workshop demonstrated how artificial intelligence is already revolutionizing healthcare. Use cases such as intelligent triage and automated appointment scheduling were presented, highlighting how an AI Agent can optimize management in clinics and hospitals, providing faster and safer care.
Attendees interacted with Doctor AI, an agent designed to offer preliminary medical guidance. In the demonstration, a medical appointment was even scheduled based on a case of back pain, providing a practical example of how AI can not only guide the patient but also accompany them throughout the entire process until a consultation is scheduled. This experience highlighted AI’s potential to improve both system efficiency and the quality of user care.
ERA: The Event Host
For the second year in a row, ERA, DipDig’s AI Agent, hosted the Genera Summit. This time, it did so through an interactive kiosk, providing real-time information about the event agenda, conference details, and personalized guidance to attendees.
In this way, ERA not only demonstrated its natural interaction capabilities with the audience, but also how artificial intelligence can be integrated into in-person environments to enhance the participant experience and facilitate the management of large events.
A Phygital Experience with Leo
Attendees also enjoyed a unique experience that blended the digital and physical worlds. Through Leo, our AI Agent, participants could have their photo taken, which was then enhanced with AI to highlight and beautify details of the person. This image could then be printed and taken home as a tangible memento of the event. This process integrated conversational interaction with artificial intelligence and the delivery of an immediate physical result, creating a Phygital experience that connected technological innovation with the emotion of preserving a personal memory.
