49 OS Family employees took part in the challenge of an unforgettable ecological hike in Chicaque Natural Park, where they experienced a reconnection with nature, with themselves, and with the purpose that unites us as an organization: Improving Lives.
From the meeting points at the Soacha Campus and the Soacha Main Park, we enthusiastically set off for this ecological sanctuary located between Soacha and San Antonio del Tequendama.
Chicaque, with its more than 300 hectares of cloud forest, welcomed us with moss-covered trails, giant ferns, and an atmosphere that invited silence, contemplation, and connection.
During the six-hour tour, we explored places like the Cascade Trail, with its impressive 70-meter waterfall, and shared unique moments in spaces like the Refugio restaurant, surrounded by vegetation and good conversation.
We highlight the active participation of Human Resources, which led the way with 10 participants, followed by SIC, Famisanar, and the UARIV Skill Telefónico and Tutelas teams, each with four representatives. Cardif Telesales, Statistics – C, and the Bogotá City Hall – Line 195 were also present, demonstrating that commitment transcends functions and hierarchies.
Even smaller organizations, such as D1, Emermédica, LG LATAM, Spectrum, Supersalud, and TransMilenio, contributed their energy and good vibes.
This walk not only allowed us to breathe fresh air and admire the biodiversity, but also to strengthen the bonds that make OS a family. Because caring for the environment also means caring for those who inhabit it, and with every step we reaffirm our commitment to sustainability, well-being, and the collaborative culture that defines us.
