On October 30 and 31, Colombia 4.0 reaffirmed its position as the most important event for digital ecosystems in Latin America, bringing together more than 25,000 participants at the emblematic Corferias venue in Bogotá.

Last Thursday, November 7, in the Montecarlo room at Club El Nogal, we had the privilege of sharing an enriching morning with clients and our strategic ally, Avaya. This business breakfast was not only a space to strengthen relationships, but also to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the customer experience and optimizing business operations.

On October 31, Outsourcing became a time machine with our DisfrazadOS event. More than 1,500 collaborators from our Campus, Optimus and Caracas locations showed us that creativity has no limits, taking us on a unique journey through historical eras, from ancient civilizations to the vibrant 1920s.
