Beyond the activities, goals, and projects that unite us day after day, there is an invisible and powerful thread that connects us on a deeper level: our identity. As a member of the OS family, we decided to take a break from our routine to celebrate precisely that: the vibrant and diverse soul of our country, at an event that filled our halls with the colors and joy of Colombian identity.
It was a day when dress codes transformed into a living map of Colombia. The pride of the Caribbean walked through the halls with the iconic vueltiao hat from the Uariv account; the elegance of Andean women with their colorful skirts from the Famisanar account; the warmth of the ruana that embraces our mountains from the Línea 195 and Cardif accounts; and the passion that unites an entire country in a single voice, the jersey of our national team worn by Outsourcing S.A.S. Each outfit was a tribute, a reminder that our greatest wealth lies in our diversity. From traditional breakfasts to our town fairs, everything had a place in this celebration.
This explosion of color was a reflection of something we all carry within us. Because being Colombian is much more than being born in this land; it’s understanding that an arepa can be the best breakfast, that vallenato tells the stories we all feel, and that cumbia makes us tap our feet almost instinctively. It’s the hospitality that doesn’t ask where you come from, the resilience to find solutions with creativity and a smile, and the ability to turn any encounter into a party.
What we experienced at this event was a reflection of our own team. We demonstrated that, just as Colombia is a collection of regions, accents, and traditions, we are a collection of talents, ideas, and personalities who, when united, fulfill our purpose of “Improving Lives” with every smile of our employees. We apply that same passion that drives us to celebrate our culture to every project, demonstrating that we don’t just solve problems, but also create, innovate, and build with our hearts.
This gathering was much more than a celebration; it was a showcase of who we are. It reminded us that behind every employee lies a story, a family, and pride in a magical land. By celebrating our roots, we not only strengthen our bonds as colleagues, but also leverage the strength that makes us unique.
