In 2024, we continued our commitment to being a BIC company that benefits the public interest, and we generated our Sustainability Report using the GRI Global Reporting Initiative methodology. Consequently, we achieved excellent results while contributing to the country’s sustainability.
Furthermore, we have continued implementing various solutions for our clients, thus impacting them through a Total Experience approach focused on transforming experiences to enhance their brands.
This has led to a user satisfaction rate of 89%, and we have also strengthened partnerships with 225 suppliers, 210 of them national and 15 international.
Of these suppliers, 17 report that 50% of their employees are women, and 42 suppliers confirm that they implement social responsibility practices, providing employment opportunities for women, young people, and people with disabilities. Some of these suppliers also hold certifications in social and environmental responsibility.
Our purpose of improving lives is based on the heart, hands, and harmony model, which integrates these elements to make our purpose a reality. Because of this model, we impact various stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and the community at large.
By promoting culture and training people for life, we achieve meaningful contributions. Moreover, we actively contribute to job creation and generate employment opportunities that strengthen our social impact.
Based on our model for realizing our purpose, we carried out our strategic planning for 2025. First, at the Head, we reviewed new technological trends and collaborated with academia. Then, at the Heart, we aligned our organizational purpose with the spirituality of our staff.
At the Hands, we visited employees involved in the Kindness program to offer our support so our leaders can provide assistance throughout the year. Finally, in harmony, we integrated all the insights gained from Head, Heart, and Hands to define the challenges and objectives for 2025, and the company’s key leaders participated in this process.
Regarding corporate governance, which also impacts communities, shareholders, and suppliers, we created the book "Improving Lives," which covers culture and mobilizes it within the company. We also promoted OS dialogue with 90% of the population participating.
In terms of labor practices, we not only addressed the needs of employees, communities, clients, and shareholders, but also created flexible work opportunities by enabling 25% of our workforce to adopt a hybrid model. Furthermore, training and development programs were implemented, accumulating a total of 218,813 hours.
As a result, we were able to offer 4,117 new job opportunities, further strengthening our social impact. Within community practices, the inclusive population program generated employment for various groups, contributing significantly to gender equality. Specifically, 33% are young people, 35 are mothers, and 68 are women.
Recognition of these efforts came through the Bogotá Inclusive seal, awarded by the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá and the Secretariat of Economic Development. In addition, our corporate counseling program positively impacted 2,761 people.
Moreover, we managed 5,669 interactions with our digital emotional well-being advisor, “Jose Natzar.” To continue spreading joy and solidarity, the “Donaton OS” social volunteer initiative collected 623 toys, bringing support where it was most needed.
Mental health is essential to us; therefore, we actively promote emotional well-being within the company, as highlighted in our Sustainability Report.
Through various activities, more than 1,524 people participated, and additionally, 1,379 completed the self-report to identify their psychosocial risk level as high, medium, or low.
Regarding environmental practices, we advanced sustainable mobility by enabling safe spaces for eco-friendly transportation options such as bicycles, skateboards, and motorcycles. Moreover, our efforts led to a 2.38% reduction in our carbon footprint—equivalent to 270.28 tons of CO₂e—compared to 2023.
This progress was achieved thanks to awareness campaigns and strategic partnerships. For instance, our alliance with HP Planet Partners facilitated the recycling of 4,068 kg of technological waste.
To further our impact, we launched the volunteer initiative “Taps Save a Life Challenge,” which resulted in the collection of 1,882 kilograms of plastic caps. In addition, we joined the “Adopt a Tree” program, through which 102 trees were planted in the municipality of Tenjo, Cundinamarca.
Our leaders are an example in the company. We have managed to excel in our commitment to sustainability through leadership, a mission that has a 91.3% success rate among leaders in the company, thus contributing to the organizational climate and engagement. This climate reached 88.7% and a performance of 87%.
Additionally, as part of our culture of spirituality, in 2024 we will dedicate ourselves to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, where we will engage several companies nationwide and achieve the participation of 1,550 people in spirituality activities throughout 2024.
This initiative strengthens our sense of unity and purpose across the organization.
Meanwhile, innovation and quality remain key pillars, evidenced by certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and the BPI seal for innovative good practices.
Because of this commitment, we continue to deliver value through excellence and adaptability.
Thanks to our actions, reflected in our Sustainability Report, we have achieved an impact on eight Sustainable Development Goals: No poverty, good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, decent work and economic growth, climate action, peace, justice and strong institutions, and partnerships to achieve the goals.
Thus, we reaffirm that business success can align with creating social, environmental, and human value.
