There are moments that shake us up in our daily lives and remind us of the true purpose of what we do. This was one of those days, a day that resonated with the conviction to make inclusion a reality. We were invited to the 3rd Symposium on Labor Inclusion, organized by Cafam and the Public Employment Agency. We went with the expectation of learning and sharing experiences, but we returned home with hearts overflowing with pride and an award in our hands that warms our souls.
Our Human Resources Manager, Alexandra Martínez, was there at the forefront, representing the effort of an entire team that firmly believes that talent has no labels, barriers, or limits.
It’s no secret that the word “inclusive” is often used simply to comply with a rule or fulfill a requirement on paper. But at Outsourcing, we decided long ago that this wasn’t our path. For us, opening doors to people with disabilities is an everyday reality, a constant learning process, and above all, a life choice.
This recognition doesn’t belong to just one person, or just one department. It belongs to each and every one of you, the Outsourcing team members, who greet your colleagues with empathy every day, who build spaces of respect, and who demonstrate that technology and IT services are far more powerful when they are humanized.
We returned from the symposium with a statuette for the office, but above all, with the energy boost needed to continue breaking down barriers. Because a fairer and more accessible company isn’t built overnight; it’s built through everyday actions.
