One of the highlights was the intelligent automation of medical appointments, in which AI agents analyze the information provided by the patient to schedule appointments based on reported symptoms or the level of urgency.
Thanks to this analytical capability, the systems can classify cases more accurately, assigning care to the most appropriate area in the shortest possible time, reducing wait times and improving access to care.
