Since 1993, at Outsourcing S.A.S BIC, we have believed in the power of collaborative work to transform experiences and generate value. We were founded with the conviction of supporting companies in their growth, providing comprehensive solutions that place excellence and human quality at the heart of every process.
A Path of Constant Evolution
Over the years, we have experienced transformations that have strengthened us and guided us toward new horizons. In 2009, we celebrated our 15th anniversary with four locations in Bogotá, consolidating our presence and expanding our operational capacity. Two years later, a strategic alliance with the Spanish company Arvato, now Majorel, allowed us to enter the international market and strengthen our global reach. Each stage has represented an opportunity to innovate, learn, and adapt to a constantly changing business environment.

In 2015, we reaffirmed one of the most important pillars of our identity: putting people first. Since then, our purpose of improving lives has been reflected in every action, promoting the well-being, empathy, and development of our teams. During 2020, in the midst of the global health emergency, we demonstrated our resilience by ensuring 100% remote service without affecting our service indicators, confirming that when commitment is genuine, the results transcend any challenge.
Innovation with Purpose
Our story is also the story of a conscious transformation. In 2021, we took a decisive step by becoming a B Corp (Benefit and Collective Interest Company), reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and positive social impact. A year later, we redefined our value proposition with a more holistic vision: Transforming Experiences, launching our Total Experience model, a proposition that unites talent, technology, and purpose. In 2024, we continued this path of innovation with DipDig, an evolution of our services into the era of generative artificial intelligence, boosting productivity and the human experience.

Today, in 2025, we celebrate the opening of our first operation in the United States, supported from Colombia, taking our talent to new frontiers.
