Since 2020, Outsourcing S.A.S BIC has worked tirelessly for the comprehensive development of its employees through the Life Plan Program, an initiative designed to help them discover their potential, define clear life goals and manage their emotions effectively. To date, 381 employees have completed this innovative program.
Our Life Plan is organized into nine modules that address fundamental aspects such as self-knowledge, empathy, assertive communication and emotional management. Each session combines theory and practice, offering tools that invite participants to reflect on their essence, their goals and how to balance the different roles they play in their lives.
The program focuses not only on professional growth, but also on personal growth. Through introspection exercises, creative activities and group dynamics, the Life Plan seeks to align each employee’s individual purpose with the organization’s values.
