From June 17th to 20th, Outsourcing experienced a transformative experience with Health Week, an initiative designed to promote holistic care for our employees. This year, we carried out a program that integrated body, mind, and environment through in-person and virtual activities and strategic alliances.
Over four days, more than 2,300 people joined this major commitment to well-being. From Bogotá to Pereira, the energy was felt in both in-person and virtual activities, strengthening our culture of self-care. We also had the opportunity to hold three contests, which motivated the active participation of our collaborators: Rumbo al Giro OS—5 días para ganar (Road to the Giro OS—5 days to win), Bikers contest, and Just Dance contest.
Throughout the Giro OS, wellness was experienced through five themed stations designed to provide a complete experience: Active Boost, Zen Oasis, Nutritional Recharge, Wellness Scan, and EcoGiro OS. Each offered spaces for physical activation, relaxation, healthy eating, medical checkups, and environmental awareness.
Additionally, with the goal of reaching more employees and offering useful tools for their daily lives, 12 virtual activities were held on key topics such as emotional management, workplace stress, disease prevention such as cancer, yoga, workplace and eye injuries, and more. All sessions were designed to raise awareness, provide practical resources, and motivate self-care from anywhere.
These experiences were complemented by the valuable support of our strategic partners, who offered activities such as eye exams, facial care, active breaks, massages, screenings, hand and neck spas, family prevention programs, blood donations, and physical and recreational activities. Thanks to organizations such as Gestión Salud Vida, Sanitas, Emermédica, Mary Kay, Capillas de la Fe, Correcol, Cafam, Seguralia, Seguros Bolívar, and our SST team, this week became a true network of collective care and well-being for all.
Health Week reminded us that we always have time to do something good for ourselves. That every little step counts when it comes to feeling better, living with more energy, and connecting with what truly matters. Every activity, contest, and space was an invitation to take care of ourselves, to pay attention to our physical, mental, and emotional health, and to cultivate habits that add quality to our personal and professional lives.
