With this vision, we participated in the 40th edition of ANDICOM 2025, showcasing the advances developed through our spin-off DipDig, specializing in artificial intelligence solutions applied to the service experience.
Conversations that inspire transformation
As part of #ANDICOM2025, our CEO John Santafe shared the stage with leaders from BTG Pactual, ACH, and Legis, in a space organized by Impacto TIC – Nextwork360 Latam at the IBC (Media Center). It was a strategic conversation about how technology and innovation are shaping the future of business.
Likewise, our Digital Transformation Manager, Alexander Aparicio, participated as a panelist in a forum on the impact of AI on business models. He highlighted the importance of responsible adoption of this technology to achieve a balance between operational efficiency and human development, driving more agile, resilient, and people-centered organizations.
AI Agents: Outsourcing Innovation with DipDig
One of the major highlights of this edition was the presentation of our AI Agents solution, developed by DipDig, the technological spin-off of Outsourcing. These intelligent agents not only understand the context and respond with empathy, but also offer fluid and personalized interactions. A proposal that reinforces our commitment to building more efficient, closer, and future-oriented organizations.

During the conference, we also presented a landmark case study: the AI Agent developed for the DIAN (National Tax Agency), designed to clearly and quickly answer the most frequently asked questions about income tax returns. It’s an example of how AI can simplify complex processes, bring institutions closer to citizens, and build trust with timely responses.
Strategic alliances and immersive experiences
Our presence at the conference was supported by the Colombian BPO Association, with whom we strengthened our collaborative relationship, along with its director, Ana Karina Quessep, consolidating alliances that drive the transformation of the sector.
In addition, we brought innovation to the experiential level with an interactive totem, where attendees could interact with various AI Agents and experience firsthand how artificial intelligence transforms customer service and experience.

The 40th edition of ANDICOM was a unique opportunity to demonstrate how, at Outsourcing S.A.S. BIC, with the support of our spin-off DipDig, we continue to lead the integration of technological innovation and human talent to strengthen the BPO sector in Colombia.
