AI Agents are revolutionizing businesses: This was DipDig’s tour in partnership with Automaise in Colombia.

AI Agents are radically transforming the way companies around the world operate, communicate with their customers, and optimize their processes. With this vision in mind, DipDig, in partnership with Automaise, held the “We Automate the Tasks That Don’t Make the World Happy” tour, an executive breakfast that brought together leaders of companies and large operations in Bogotá (Hotel Salvio) and Medellín (Ruta N).

The event presented how AI Agents have evolved to offer interactions in multiple languages, with sophisticated context management and a surprising capacity for empathy. Their potential to generate valuable insights in real time that facilitate strategic decision-making was also highlighted.

One of the most striking moments was the demonstration of already implemented projects, such as the one developed with the DIAN (National Tax Agency), where an AI Agent assisted citizens with clear information about their tax returns. A telephone appointment scheduling solution was also demonstrated, in which the agent not only responded naturally but also automatically corrected nonexistent dates mentioned by users and maintained a coherent conversation, thanks to its contextual understanding.

The naturalness of the responses generated surprised reactions among attendees, one of whom commented that “it felt like I was talking to a real person.”

The event included a Q&A session where key aspects such as data security, communications traceability, and ease of integration with existing technologies and applications within each company were discussed. It was also explained how these agents can adapt to different dialects and be implemented in areas such as sales, collections and portfolio management, loyalty, customer service (SAC), and technical support.

The speakers in charge of leading the space were Alexander Aparicio, Digital Transformation Manager at Outsourcing S.A.S BIC, and Nuno Pimentel, Senior Sales Executive at Automaise. Both emphasized how intelligent automation doesn’t seek to replace people, but rather frees up their time to focus on higher-value activities.

“We automate the tasks that don’t make the world happy” was the phrase that defined the spirit of the event. With this tour, DipDig and Automaise demonstrated that the future of business lies not only in technology, but in how it enables us to build more human, efficient, and transformative experiences.
