At Outsourcing S.A.S. BIC, we proudly celebrate the nomination of our president, Ricardo Durán, Executive MBA 1997 and PADE 2007, for the INALDE Alumni Award “Raíces Futuro” 2025, a recognition of his life dedicated to serving and transforming.
Ricardo founded Colombia’s first call center in 1993, laying the foundation for an industry that today generates over 60,000 direct jobs and thousands more indirect ones. His leadership is centered on a clear purpose: to improve lives, making a difference in every employee, customer, and community.

A Gathering for Inspiration and the Future
The INALDE 2025 Annual Alumni Meeting was a space for reflecting on the future of Colombia and purpose-driven leadership. During the event, various activities took place, including:
- Panel discussion “Reflections on the Future of Colombia,” moderated by Fernando Quijano, General Director of Diario La República, with the participation of Carlos Ignacio Gallego, former president of Grupo Nutresa, and Camila Escobar, CEO of Juan Valdez – Procafecol.
- Tribute to the first PADE graduating class of 1985, marking INALDE’s 40th anniversary.
- Recognition of the NAVES Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, led by Juan Manuel Vicaría, whose impact is reflected in 273 companies and more than 8,000 jobs created.
During the panel, the experts highlighted the importance of leadership in times of uncertainty and the importance of a future-oriented vision as a guide for present actions. Ricardo Durán embodies this philosophy, leading with consistency, humanity, and vision.
