Outsourcing SAS BIC leads the BPO trade mission in Spain

From November 4 to 7, Outsourcing SAS BIC, along with six other Colombian companies, participated in a trade mission organized by ProColombia and the Colombian BPO Association, with the aim of strengthening trade ties and exploring new opportunities in the European market.

The mission aimed to create networking opportunities with key buyers in Spain, fostering strategic alliances that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of Colombian companies. As part of the delegation, Outsourcing SAS BIC stood out by presenting its value proposition based on talent, innovation, and hybrid BPO solutions, focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.

On November 5th and 6th, Outsourcing SAS BIC participated in Expo Relación Cliente (EXPO RC), organized by IFAES at Kinépolis Madrid, the leading event for customer relationship and contact center professionals. There, the company explored how technology and artificial intelligence are transforming the customer experience, while sharing its approach to digital projects and Big Data analytics for process optimization.

On November 7, the delegation participated in a speed networking event, where Outsourcing BIC held 25-minute meetings with European buyers, fostering strategic alliances and effective business opportunities. The company stood out for its ability to offer innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs of clients in Spain and Europe.

The Colombian delegation included Coguasimales Services, Atlantic Quantum Innovations, Andes BPO, C&C Services, Contento BPS and Alma Experience Colombia, all active exporters, while Outsourcing SAS BIC reaffirms its leadership in the Spanish market as one of the main Colombian BPO references in Europe.

Spain has established itself as the leading European destination for the internationalization of the Colombian BPO sector, accounting for 11% of the sector’s total exports. Between 2020 and June 2025, 20 companies exported 80.6% of their services to Spain, generating revenue of $126 million (€108 million).

Furthermore, the Colombian outsourcing sector generated over 790,000 jobs in 2024, fostering the development of specialized talent in customer experience, technology, and bilingualism. The mission also celebrated an institutional milestone: the Colombian BPO Association and the AEERC (Spanish Association of Customer Relationship Experts) signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which aims to promote innovation and talent exchange between the two countries. Our Commercial Director, Yanny Rincón, represented Outsourcing BIC in Madrid, bringing Colombian innovation and talent to the market.
