At Outsourcing S.A.S BIC, we’ve been transforming our organizational culture for over 10 years with a clear purpose: improving lives. This commitment is reflected in every action we take, placing people at the center of everything we do.
As part of this evolution, the Counseling program was born, an initiative that serves more than 300 employees each month seeking support during difficult times. Through individual sessions with our counselors, a space for listening, caring, and emotional support is created.
With the aim of strengthening prevention and well-being, we developed José Natzar, a solution based on generative artificial intelligence (GAI) that offers guided emotional breaks. These sessions, lasting between 3 and 10 minutes, allow employees to reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and find emotional stability amidst their daily routine.
During the experience held in September 2025 at the company’s Campus Headquarters, we installed an interactive totem to facilitate real-time connection with José. Employees actively participated, sharing feelings of work and family stress, the difficulty of adapting to change, and anxiety stemming from personal relationships. José responded with empathy, leading breathing exercises, meditation, and affirming phrases such as “I am at peace, I love myself.”
This experience reaffirms that technology, when aligned with the human factor, is a powerful solution for emotional care. José complements our commitment to continue building a culture where every person feels seen, heard, and supported.
