On December 11, our company received special recognition from the Bogotá Economic Development Secretariat at the “Teatro al Parque” event, within the framework of the Bogotá Inclusive Seal award ceremony.
This distinction highlights our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, values that we live every day by promoting the employment of differential populations, such as people with certified disabilities, victims of the armed conflict, older adults, young people in vulnerable situations, and more.
This recognition fills us with pride and encourages us to continue working towards a more equitable Bogotá. Competing with large companies such as KPMG Advisory, Arcos Dorados and Makro, we demonstrate that inclusion not only improves lives, but also strengthens organizations and enriches the social fabric of our country.
